This is an amazing a color chart put together by Claude Bessete
who explores and lists colors and tones in and enormously broad
range. He points out that out of a range of 16,777,216 colors,
there are only 216 "Web safe" color codes [0.000013%]. These
codes offer a lot of color tones that are so similar you can't
distinguish one from another leaving you with really few
different colors. Other Color charts available on the Internet
organize the codes sequentially, or by RGB,but never by color.
Claude's chart contains hand-picked, hand-sorted colors with
their codes, creating a selection of tones over a very broad
